About me
I’m Karoline — founder of State of Soul, intuitive strategist, business mentor, and translator of your soul’s blueprint.
Before I ever stepped into this work, I spent years exploring, questioning, and searching for truth. I’ve walked through the shadowy parts of self-development — not the fluffy kind — the real, raw, confronting parts that force you to choose growth over comfort and authenticity over performance.
And everything I teach is built on what I’ve tested, lived, and integrated.
My background
(a mix of strategy, psychology & soul)
I hold a Bachelor in Journalism and Media Development from BI Oslo — which is why I can turn complex energetic insights into clear, compelling communication and brand strategy.
I also have a 4-year Master’s degree in Potential Psychology from Akademi for Potensialpsykologi — the study of human potential, purpose, and the drivers that make people rise into their next level.
Combined with years of experience in entrepreneurship, brand building, and intuitive leadership, this is what allows me to see your strengths, patterns, blind spots, and purpose with laser clarity.

Why I do this work
Because I know what it feels like to fumble in the dark — to have ambition without direction, potential without clarity, and a calling without a map.
My own journey forced me to combine real psychological insight, soul wisdom, and strategic action to create a life that feels aligned, abundant, and true.
